  • Orders are initiated via WhatsApp; acceptance occurs only when Precious Gifts confirms the order details, delivery, and payment method in writing on WhatsApp.
  • Precious Gifts may decline or cancel orders (e.g., stock issues, suspected misuse), with any amounts paid refunded if applicable.

4.Payment terms

  • No online card payments are taken on the website; payment is arranged offline per WhatsApp confirmation.
  • Invoices/receipts will state supplier name/address, product details, units, and quantities in line with UAE consumer rules.

5.Delivery

Delivery methods, fees, and timelines are confirmed on WhatsApp.
Risk passes on delivery to the specified address; ensure accurate delivery information.


6.Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Handled per the Refund and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
